Never built a tank but I am a mechanical engineer and machinist.
I found a guy/shop who has high end CNC equipment that specializing in acrylic. He can cut everything and prep it all so that it's ready to assemble in my new home. He is not a tank builder though.
He will all supply commercial grade bonding material he calls methylene chloride.
The tank I want to build is 8x2x2. You folks think this is something I can do? As far as my research goes the prep and cutting is the most difficult part of the build.
