Hello; I think I get the notion of the floor but not clearly. Regardless there are questions about the floor structure as well as other things. 300 gallons is serious weight so some extra care is needed. My first impression is the built-up raised flooring adds a lot of extra weight itself.
Beyond the floor a word stands out. That being apartment. Implies you are renting such. 300 gallons can do expensive damage from the sheer weight and also from flooding. Do you have renters' insurance? if you have such insurance does the policy clearly cover damage from aquariums?

Also, it really doesn’t matter if someone else has done it. It’s a logically fallacy to think that just because they got away with it that you could. There are just too many variables to consider.
You should at the very least talk to your landlord first, call your insurance, hire a structural engineer, etc etc
