i think that i am gonna need to connect two barrels together to have enough room for bio media. i am going to be filtering a 3000 gallon above ground pond.

i have seen people use toilet flanges as a bulkhead. has anyone tried that? it would be way cheaper than using an accuall 4in bulkhead. i havent been able to find a 4in bulkhead for under like 60 bucks.

they look great but i would be spending upwards of $2000 for these. how do the Uniseals work?
