Hi, I've built a few tanks (not a pro) but they worked! if the glass is sharp (rough cut unfinished) you can use a Diamond file or Diamond Honing pad/stone to break the edge (not a break like a crack but a break edge chamfer) The last build I made had a missing bit in the corner and it leaked...
