    L-134 Feeding

Also as altums85 stated, feed them after the lights are off at night. If I feed them during the day the food just sits there until after dark.

    L-134 Feeding

L134's are more on the carnivorous side than herbivorous. They prefer bloodworms (a couple of times a week) and I feed them Fluval Bug Bites for plecos. They'll eat up both of these offerings.

    pleco playing dead

I think there was a post sometime in the past about their fish playing dead. I though I'd add my albino bristenose to the group. Not sure what that's all about. He just fine swam off when I poked him.

    Is this a Gibbiceps?

A foot would still be to big for my tank. I've got him on the market as a give away.

    FREE  Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus?/will ship/Oklahoma

Not for sure if this pleco is a Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus, but the photos I've seen of it look pretty close. I do know it's going to get too big for my tank. I will ship but you will need to pay for the shipping. Text me at 918-841-8824.

    Is this a Gibbiceps?

I looked up the L001 it does look very similar to that fish. My brother gave me his fish shortly before he passed away, but this one is going to get to large I'm afraid.

    Best algae eaters

Nerite snails by far will clear the algae although they do lay eggs that won't hatch in freshwater.

    FS/Red Tiger Severum-Heros sp. Curare/Broken Arrow, OK/Will Ship

Well I found out the hard way that the largest severums can not be shipped, at least by me. The largest one which I've determined is easily 9" from nose to tip of tail, sliced through a 3m bag like it was butter. I don't believe a 4m bag would cut the mustard either. I've refunded the buyer...
