Are you testing your water regularly between water changes? You might find that your filtration is adequate after all

I cringe when I see 1 and 2 frontosa thrown into community tanks with SA cichlids or an over stocked tank with a bunch of malawi and Victorian cichlids.

Are they fully submerged? I dint know if it matters but I don’t put the stems in the water. Just the roots. What are your readings in the water? What’s in the tank? Any other plants?

@Aquamojo i was in a LFS and saw this fish labeled as a Flowerhorn. I told the guy i felt like it was a Trimac. Is this a young Trimac?
