Whenever I clean up my tank with fresh water , I notice bubbles on fishes & tank . After few hours tank inside surface is full with bubbles & next day it leaves water marks on tank. What should I do?

Thanks narayaṇ , you seems to be from India , For now its in community tank with 2 tinfoil barb , silver arro 8" few parrots , red tail shark , 2 tiger copper oscars. I m planning to move it in separate tank . I m using imported sobo tank , with flouroscent & White led lights.
