The oscar is more of a pet than a fish. He recognizes his owners and likes being petted. I nursed him through pretty severe HITH too. I can easily get another leporinus but this oscar has become a favorite and he’s pretty banged up :(

Try API general cure with vitachem

I beat HITH with API General cure & vitachem. It took a lot of research and trial and error but eventually the pits started filling in and now there's just a little scar. This is the only treatment which worked for my oscar.

Can't wait to see pics of those clown loaches! I have 5 CLs, one is 13 years old and 7". I bought it from another hobbiest who was selling his setup . I purchased the other 4 when I realised the loach needed some friends.
