It's been a while since I have posted anything done alot of work on both tanks. I finished my sandfall I have been working on and changed the scape it is still a work in progress. I want to get rid of the cave on the left but I think my vieja will freak out thats his spot. Any thoughts

Its a 75 all the cichlids will go in my 125 I have them in there till they make trouble still not big enough to go with the big boy's the cichlids in the 75 are vieja heterospilus herichthys carpintisparatilapia polleniand a green Terror. The rest are your standard community fish.

So I got rid of the sand and went with a plant substrate and got a fluval 3.0 plant light which is awesome! Total control of lighting time and spectrum

But nothing came from it right those two couldn't mix right

So my geophagus has been what looks like building a nest or what ever you call it for him and my JD. I thought they were both males. But hes digging a hole and chasing off every one but the JD. Even if one is a female it wouldn't happen. Are they both males?

He is a vieja heterospilus and there are two rainbows left out like 6 i started with 3 or 4 years ago. Its a community tank but have some cichlids growing out till they make trouble. Including a Paratilapia bleekeri. "Starry night " a Texas cichlid a green terror

This is my 75 that used to have my big guys in they got a 125 so the community tank gets the 75 it was a 55. The wife liked the dragon and pagoda that came with the 125 and the 8 year old loves her spongebob so there you have it

Thanks when I was swapping tanks all the fish were in buckets and half way through the flagtail jumped out had to chase him all over the kitchen

He runs the tank pretty active but likes to sit in his big cave too

Just got a new to me 125 . I think I got a good deal came with tank stand 2 penn canister filters three big pieces of monza wood heaters coral a 4 foot marine light all for 200. It was some thrift shop I dot think they new what it was. Still super cloudy but here some pic

I looked at them but would real like something bigger . Is the stand and lights any good?

I am looking for a big tank 120 or more in the greater Seattle Everett area. Not afraid of resealing some thing just need to up grade to a big guy

I was told this is jungle val not sure but it is the only thing plant wise that hasn't died on me
