i live in canada so its rare to see bluegill LOL...the color he is in that pic is that what hes going to be like for good? or should i expect more coloration, the bars turn into spots(from what im told they will) red gills etc....

nothing, hes by himself, hes about 9 1/2" right now, not really any coloration tho.

this is my bass. 100 feeders would be about 30$ which would get eaten in 2-3 days....how long do you think i can not feed him for, and so he'll be forced to eat shrimp.

well i can honestly say i love this bass, hes just been exceeding my expectations and i would definitely get more if i had a bigger tank. i got him about 6 weeks ago at just under 4", ive just been feeding him feeders and right now hes 8 1/2" - 9" is that normal or... to me thats insanely sick...

this guys still eating like a champ. 8-12 feeders a day

about a week and a half MAYBE 2 at the EXTREME most but i measured him out to be 5 3/4". i measured him today hes about 6 3/4" - 7" thats insane, its like i see him grow a touch everyday. all this guy is chompin on about 12 feeders a day

take the guppies out, they have growth restricting hormones in them. those guppies could also contain internal parasites which you cant see which could injure the piranha more.

more water changes then once a week. you should be doing about a 40-50% water change with a vac once a week, then another 25% change in the middle of the week atleast. do one large change w/ the vac a week, then say like two 15% changes in the middle of that week until the cloudy eye is gone

pretty cool, but that fish should of definitely been gone with reds that big lurking. cool shots dude
