I'm not really sure where to post this but here goes: my black molly gave birth and either the fry are premature or they have birth defects. pretty much they are lying at the bottom of the tank with a 'bubble'. the bubble i think is the exposed abdomen. I'm not sure if they are dead or not...

I've had problems in the past with live plants. the water got greenish and there were broken off pieces all over the place. it got way too dirty.

i want to fill it up a bit more than it is possibly with more plants or some rocks. any suggestions?

btw i brought my water in to the shop to be tested and they say that the water is fine. and sorry flamenco-t your fish must be nice but they aint my style.

hybridtheoryd16 the guy at the fish store had told me that if i put my water from my ten gallon tank into the 20 then let the water sit for a day and use conditioner the tank should be ready for new fish right away...............

i could give back 3 of the rainbow fish because i got those today. last week i got 3 black neons and 2 guppies. let me know what i need to give back. i prefer to keep the rainbow fish.

religiously would be how often? what type of filter would be good and also if there are too many how many should i get rid of?

as in i need a bigger one or it'll get big? its at its max size now about 1 and half inches

well i just bought the stater kit 20 gallon tank so it has that filter (whisper 20). and the water was just added from my old tank then i put half new water with conditioner.

I'm almost embarrassed to write this post becuase i think i got really excited that i upgraded to a 20 gallon and way overstocked my tank. and plus i added some of my baby fish to the big tank. Maybe I'll remove the babys. let me know thanx. 3 serpae tetras 5 black neon tetras 2 blackskirt...

btw......... am i surposed to feed them or not

I wasnt sure where to post this but for the past 3 weeks ive been have a problem. my water turns green after a few days. the only thing i have changed in my tank are the live plants. I think its from that but I cant imagine that everyone has this problem. if anyone knows how to correct this...
