Stick with the Melafix for injuries. I usually keep feedings pretty light while I'm medicating. That way I don't need to do 2 or more water changes per week and remedicate each time. I'm glad you finally got your black aro :)

Well...it's cruel because your pet can't talk back to you on a job well done ;). But that's how things are, the pet can't agree or disagree, so there are plenty of people willing to step in to do so. There's spectrum for what's acceptable is so long and varied there's no single correct answer.
