Odoes can be just as aggressive as a ATF, it really depends on the temperament of the one you buy.

Yep, to this day I've never seen another Armatus, and that was two years ago. Only seen one tank full of Tats as well, plenty of Scombs though.

The GATF alone should be enough to trade for that fish, I'd do it if it was a Brevis though.

I've seen one Armatus in an LFS in FL, he was about 12" and $500. I guess since nobody gets Armatus anywhere here, they like to over-price their fish. Apparently they were shipping him to somebody, but the buyer backed off, they were stuck with a foot long Armatus in a 30g holding tank.

Hoplias Malabaricus, they can get to about 16"+. You've got a really nice one there.

How much are they? Any ATF is a good pickup at the right price, if you have the proper requirements for them.

Brevis rarely get bigger than 12", the tricky part is finding someone with them in stock.

Never heard of it, is it an anime? As for my insight if you plan on keeping multiple tats with Odoes be warned, I only read to page 3 so I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but Odoes are known to viciously attack silver fish, now this is not something that happens too often but it can happen...
