I had the same thing happening with my discus. I put in 6 tetras and that got them out. I thing thay use them to see if it is safe. I have see the tetras get jumpy and then the discus run and hide.

What are god plants for a discus tank

All the worry I had makeing the choice to keep discus. I read all the horror storys about keeping discus like thay may not eat for a mounth, staying in corners for long pireds of time. Mine were swimming all over the place after an hour, and eating that night.

I have a 46 gal tank with an XP3 canester filter rated at 175 gal capasaty. Should i be useing a air rader with a buble wand to and more air to the tank.

I think Oregon is the best state it rains a lot but the summer are grate and the tap water dose not take much work to get it right for fish.

hello Im just getting back in to keeping fish. I don't realy have a monster tank tank yet just a 46 gal. but as soon as I can talk my wife in to it it will get bigger. I may have to wate till the fish get bigger and say how thay need more room. hello to all sherman
