Actually during my relocation I'll be driving through Chicago, St Louis and Dallas if anyone is along the way I can meet them some where on route.

I would line the entire inside surface with fiberglass then recoat it. When you attach the glass make sure you put a very thick bead of silicone. When I had a small leak in my tank it was because my silicone bead was too thin. After I resealed it it was water tight.
