Thought I would report back. I installed the light over my tank a week ago and took it off line yesterday. The reason? The plasma arc was so bright that it was literally bleaching my Toninas and Syngonanthus even with running just 8 hrs a day. Guess I have to set up a larger planted tank just so...

These planted tanks look good but they also look like they are running without CO2. When you can grow plants like these w/o CO2 then you can say that CO2 is some kind of big myth, and dont even try getting anything more than imaginary red without CO2. Carbon dioxide is still the limiting factor...
