Been pondering the idea of a monster tank for my future house and would love to get some ideas! The tank maker I am looking at is Glasscage they sell a 96 x 49 1/2 x 24 1/2 Tall for about 3500 bucks. I was wondering about getting it taller though maybe another foot taller. >:)Pictures of yours??

Why only 24" tall? Some day I want to get a 8+'x4'x3' tank. Glasscages has a 500 gallon 96 x 49 x 24 but what is up with only 24 tall geez.

This tank ONLY has sponge filters and not a HOB or canister. I think I should be okay though with adding the prime before refilling. I highly doubt it will kill all my BB unless I'm specifically cleaning under tap.

So, my sponge filters should be okay when doing a water change with the untreated water in the tank for the amount it takes to finish filling up for me to add my prime?
