I was thinking of working on a diy 3d background today and had a question. If I were to spray expanding foam directly onto the glass will it adhere to it and not float when I add water or do I need to make it separate from the tank and glue it in? Thanks

I am working on a 3D background and was curious if the concrete was had any structural value or just astetic. I am planning on putting resin over it after I paint it and dry it. Also if I put resin over the concrete do I need to soak it before I add fish to the tank?
