Yeah I don't necessarily see this as a problem. This to me is a situation where humans need to realize they can't control nature, and just let it happen. If the American crocs weren't native, it would be an issue, but they are native. Natural hybridization is evolution. This should be left alone.

I believe he stated that that particular snake made a full comeback and he uses it in his educational presentations now, although I may be wrong.

From what I'm seeing, it definitely appears to be a toad. I'm not familiar with toads/frogs native to california, so I can't really help with the species. Looks very similar to the American toads we have in the east. Pinheads might work, but I really am not sure. What have you been feeding the...

30 mil maybe? 3 mil is WAY to thin, even for fish. The thinnest liner I have seen was 10 mil, and it was like holding a cheap garbage bag.
