Keep a sponge filter sized appropriatly for your qt tank in your tank or sump if you have one, then just a matter of moving from main tank to qt tank to trash when you done.

Least agro to most agro , sometimes it also depends on which fish within the species. Like wrasses there are so many different ones some don't get along others do. Just setup a SW tank the 21st or 22cnd , coral involved? No coral? Corals involved then most triggers are out.

You cut the acrylic , or dividers to size and silcone in place with aquarium safe silicone, your not trying to bond the acrylic to the glass with glue , same principle as putting a dividers in a tank except you just use silicone one the seams
