People have done that mix in the past with very good luck. I've always been a big cat guy with bass so I couldn't go that route but always wanted to try it. I did have a small group of GEOS with some growout azuls an they mixed fine but the azuls were still fairly small about 3-5"

Another very simple yet very effective filter is using a trickle tower. Uarujoey king of diy on YouTube has a video explaining this method. Had them on both my 150g. They are by far the easiest to clean an also have room for your refug if you want it, or max amounts of bio. I ran 40b for both...

Yeah the bottom 2 are azuls as wel . You can see the bars on the one in the back in pic no. 3. Also when I had mine at that small they we similar in shape an stripping
