    I need help IDing

35.00 is a little much. The mushroom you can buy for about 2 dollars, and those zoas look pretty low quality. Not to be mean or anything.

Not enough flow or too much flow?

Even 600gph might be too much for sps. That 30x turnover. I say downgrade. That's way too much imo Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    Skunk Shrimp Molt

My skunk shrimp molts at night and when I wake up its half eaten. I always pull it out because my wife hates seeing it in there. Otherwise I would let my CC eat the whole thing. And I'll be honest... I think its my red thorn star that eats it Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    A 75 full weighs 850 and a 90 weighs 1050 full. That's quite a difference Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

Haha he is pretty cool. He is full of personality. I'll see if I can get more pics of him tomorrow. I am going to add 5 neon tetras as soon as they go on sale too. Maybe a peppermint shrimp too Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    My planted nano

I just rescaped it a couple days ago. The wisteria was running rampant in the tank. I want to try and make an HC bed but I think it might be difficult to do. This tank is without CO2. I just dose flourish and flourish excel every 2 days Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    Setting up my first saltie

My dwarf blue legs don't bother my corals or nem. All mine do is pick at the rock and make cool trails in the sand Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    46 gallon salt tank

A year is pretty unnecessary. As long as you have bio load to keep your bacteria happy you can add corals withing a couple months of your tank being cycled. Just make sure you do your research on every piece you buy. Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

How long until my tank will complete its cycle

Not in a 29 gallon. They get too big. The CSS is a good skimmer, some say its hard to tune. I use one and I've never had a problem. Took a few days to break in though Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    Power Heads

You need to play with the positioning of them until your corals look happy. A lot of corals don't like direct flow though Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    Power Heads

Do you have corals? If not, then it doesn't really matter where you point them but I would put one about 6" off the sand on one side and then put one on the opposite side 6" down from the top so they are blowing in a circular motion Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

How long until my tank will complete its cycle

Yes,you should always get a skimmer that is rated larger than your total number of gallons Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

How long until my tank will complete its cycle

I would stay away from a damsel unless you wanted to keep one. They are pretty fast and hard to catch with all your rock in the tank. I don't have experience with eels so I don't know if you should add one right away Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

    Wave Makers

That's only a turnover rate of over 17x. A little high if you don't have SPS corals but if your fish seem fine then go with it Sent from my XT901 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App
