I've thought of this. Are there sellers there that you trust? I've heard they often send the wrong fish, or EXTREMELY photoshopped pictures.

Thanks for the information. I'm not sure what's on the other side of the divider. These are just pictures from the craigslist ad. The guy is asking $150 (canadian dollars), which seems fairly expensive but also fair since there aren't any FH vendors around here and was likely imported from Asia...

Hi everyone, I have never owned a FH before and have the opportunity to buy this one. There aren't a lot of high end FH in the area I live. What do you think? Is it of high quality? What type would this be? Any idea what it may look like as it grows? It's listed at 3.5" right now.

I think joey used 1/2" plate glass. I intend on using the same.

Joey! Thank you! I will start gathering some supplies, or at least pricing it out. It might take a while to start on this project since I don't have access to a truck for transporting the supplies. What would you suggest using as a spacer for the direct silicone injection?

Does anyone have any experience with this style of build? Suggestions on things Joey may not have covered or that you would have changed?

Hi everyone, I was curious if anyone here has done similar to what UaruJoey did with his 6'x6'x2' tank? He built the bottom panel out of plywood coated in PondShield and then used glass for the sides and bracing. I'd like to copy this design as I find it's the best combination of affordability...

PERFECT! This is exactly the feedback I'm looking for. Did you find the Bestway pool liner was taught? I think if there aren't folds or slack in the liner he won't be able to bite it.
