My local fish store has some Colombian shark catfish currently in freshwater. I want to get a couple but have a saltwater tank. I have read that they thrive in saltwater. How would I get them acclimated to saltwater? I don't have anything to slow drip but could use a bucket and pour water in.

I am really thinking about getting the 2 panda uaru at my lfs. They only have 2 panda uaru but a bunch of regular uaru but much smaller. Would it be ok if I got 2 panda uaru (4'' each) and 3 2'' uaru and grow them out together? Do you think any of the uaru can go in my discus tank?
