Mix of Hikari: Bio Gold+ Blood-Red Parrot + Cichlid Staple Goldfish Wheat Germ But primarily the Bio Gold+ & Blood- Parrot Red+ Three times a day. Every now and then some mirror work for like 10-15 mins.

I didn’t buy the sand myself I got it from another MFK member. I refer to it as Red/Orange. I can confirm my FH loves moving sand more than gravel. If I find out more info on the sand I’ll let you know.
