breeding mollies

I'm not trying to breed at the moment... I was just wondering if I should maybe pull the two juvenile females I decided to keep out of the my 40 gal tank.. I have 3 males and one of them is pretty aggressive with the other girls. I just want to know when he's gonna start going after them...
