broken tail

Help!! My green terror seems to have broken its tail...or???..suggestions/comments on what I can do for him, if anything. any information u can offer would be greatly appreciated. His tail still moves at the end so not paralyzed but it's stuck to the left side (bent) and he's having a real hard...
