factory stand

So i got a used 36 gallon bowfront with the factory wood stand for cheap. After filling it I noticed its tilted a little to the right. I added some pics my question are these stands built factory to not buckle into devastation because of a little rot? Can i add a couple 2by4 pieces of wood...
