frank castle

I am certain that many of you are familiar with the user Frank Castle. He was practically unavoidable on MFK from 2016-2017, with over 6K messages. However, about four years back, he got banned. I am curious as to WHY he got banned, where he may be now, and what, if anything, he has to say...

Bought this paint hoping it would be okay to repaint an aquarium decoration. I've looked on the site and can't find anything on there saying anything but saying its non toxic. Afraid to use unless i know its absolutely safe for my fish. Its Apple Barrel craft paint. Waterbased and non toxic.
