frozenfoods feeding

Hi guys! I am feeding my bichirs, ropefish and knifefish frozen mussels, bloodworms and variety of dried foods. What other frozen foods can I feed? Not salmon and sardines I think. Can they eat these cooked prawns apparently cooked in boiling water. Maybe to preserve it. Not sure if my...
