leporinus feeding food

I've had a small leporinus for about a month now and it hasn't eaten more than a few bites since I got it. I have tried flakes, pellets, spinach, dried bloodworms and live mealworms. The only thing it seems interested in is the mealworms but just for a nibble. It's starting to look a little...
