re seal bottom panel help seam size

Hello folks I just picked up a 110 gallon tank on Craigslist for 50 bucks. Anywho I know the tank had a crack. And was patched up well, now my issue is I'm resealing the tank walls, I have scraped the silicone off all the sides but the bottom edges seem to run deeper almost along theside edge...
