#turtles

Hey everyone, have been thinking if it posible to keep turtles ouside in tub, in cold places like denmark where im located right now. I have been thinking of making a turtle rescue in my balcony for unwanted turtles. (got a pretty large balcony). Is this posible?? Could they survive the winter...
