Recently we have received emails from potential consumers who have bought arowana claimed to be from our farm.

Further check revealed that a lot are fake certificate fabricated to sell non Pang Long Arowanas to these consumers.

Attached is a sample we received.

Do note that we don't label our arowana as shown in the sample certificate nor have any arowana bearing such tag numbers.

If anyone got any doubt about their pang long arowana's authenticity can always contact the farm for clarification from our staffs.

Crap man koji. that's utterly low and disgusting...if there's anything we can do to get the word out just say the word.

Thanks man. I leave the matter to you and the board.;) Some how this kinda thing will tarnish farm's reputation if one bought a non authentic pang long arowana.

The same crap has occurred with Panda Aquatics Asian arowana over the years. I guess you could consider it a weird kind of compliment and a testament to your success. I'd consider doing holographs on the certs, or even watermarks if I were you. Another idea could be to set up an online database where people could check the scanned numbers of the rifid chips.

people should know, if a cert/tagged Arowana is not priced like the standard from that farm, then there is a good chance there is something foul in the Air. Also I would think the LFS that sells this counterfeit Arowana should loose the priviledge to get real cert/tagged from that Farm...

That just gives these scam artists a whole list of legit chip numbers to print on the cert lol.

You have a blank box on screen where you enter your code and then press enter; the computer tells you whether the code is valid or not. This is done for some other products already I believe.
