I have a small 1,000 gallon farm pond and i want to stock it with some fish i can catch on a rod and reel any ideas on fish? can i put some catfish? (1,000 gallons is my estimate because i dont know how deep it is)

its a small pond if the log on the left is 4ft long the pond is 12*20*3=720ftcube guessing 3 feet deep thats only 5400gallons invest in getting a pond dug there or down stream. Cost for a pond to be dug depends on the size and who does it. You are looking at about a grand.
