I've come across a 72"x30"x30" built with 1/2" thick glass and it is Euro-braced with a center brace. Is it safe?

I would think so since the Marineland/Perfecto 300 gallon is 72x36x27 tall and its made with 1/2 inch thick glass..
my 150 is 29.5" tall and its also 1/2 inch thick (made by Aqueon).
if it wasn't braced though - probably not.

do you know who or what manufacturer made the tank? you want to make sure you are buying quality with a tank that size. don't skimp for price reasons - its not worth it.
My 300 gallon is made of 1/2 glass. 96x24x30
It also has glass center braces.
