I'm installing a reactor in my sump and it uses 1/2" ID hose...The problem with buying it from HD or Lowes is the hose wall is too thick, not that flexible. kinks .....anybody have a source that they used for flex tubing that is fairly thin walled so I can connect my small powerhead 50GPH to it??

Put it in the sink and soak in hot water as long as it takes so it bends evenly. I've even heated the ends, shoved plyers inside and opened them as hard as possible to sretch the ID out.
For thick walled tubing I put the end in boiling water for a few seconds to soften it up before slipping it over a fitting or pump.
