The dimensions will be 36x24x18. It will have a 9 inch water line, but I still want it to be thick enough to hold a full ~17 inch waterline. I plan on making the sump similar to JD_MAN's, but since it will be 24 inches wide, is going to use 2x 7" filter socks.
The plan is to make two of them and tie them together with 2" bulkheads. These will house 2x quiet one 14000 pumps and provide the filtration for my 519+ gallon tank.
I was thinking that 1/4 would be just fine.
