Currently Looking For At Least 2 Calvus Specimen Please.
Sizes 1.5" To 3" Nothing Smaller Or Bigger.
The Closer To Los Angeles, The Better.

Been looking around everywhere in my area & cannot seem to find any Calvus fish.
Asked some LFS owners & they said that they haven't seen any available from vendors in a while.

Please let me know if you, a friend or your local fish store has some for sale.

I know Jim's exotic fish has some near LAX. I would give them a call, but they are pricey. I know someone who has a 1.5 inch gold compressiceps they might want to sell.
 
Do you know perhaps around how much they are?

Does your friend only have 1?
Where did he purchase his from?
Would like to know if he wants to sell it or not.

I would like to make a correction. Think the Altolamprologus Calvus is "Inkfin" and there is only Black & White in color.
The Yellow Calvus is referred to as "Altolamprologus Compressiceps" Aka Gold Head.

So there are only Black & White Calvus. My mistake, I thought for some reason there was a White one :ROFL:
Looking for "Black & White" Or "Yellow" Calvus~
 
I would call Jim's (310) 322-3474 and ask them abut their current stock. I will check with my friend about the Yellow Calvus.
 
they have a white calvus @ Rainbow Tropicla Fish in Arleta. I think its 70 dollars and take an additional 20% off. Call to confirm if its still available.
