Just thought I'd put the word out that we have a single 1.5" razorback turtle in stock for $120.

Nice addition to a community tank as these guys don't bask much :)

hahaha ur selling a turtle and dont seem to know much about it.. i have a feeling you just caught it or something. and wana rip someone off. and fyi its a razorback MUSK turtle. and they do need a basking spot. and DONT make a good addition to a community tank because they will eat fish. even the most expensive turtle website dont have them for that much and they come with a warrante :grinno:

None of those comments were necessary - some of them are uniformed. We carry a very wide assortment of reptiles at competitive pricing. As Dirtyblacksocks already stated - who is an employee at Medusa - this one was brought in out of season as a specialty item, and the cost for us reflects that.

Please think twice before being so rude folks, thank you.

wow sounds like a cool turtle do you have any pix?

Photo's are from the same stock - notice a more green coloration than in standard razorbacks with a more white coloring. I cannot guarantee if this will last with age.

This one is actually mine - which I took home for myself when we got them in. :)

Very nice, FYI Razorback Musk are fully aquatic and do not need to bask at all. I had my for 4 years in a 2 ft deep tank and he does fine.

If given the opportunity they will bask - was my point. They can go their entire lives underwater with no issue - so long as you have UVB flourescent lights in your canopy.

they are NOT fully aquatic! and if u want to provide ur razor back w/a healthy environment, u'll include some kinda of basking space for 'em. they mite not use it all the time, but for those necessary occasions, they do go on there and bask.

o, and they are very active, and if u don't starve 'em, they will not mess w/ur fishes.

shipping to 94541?? how old are they?? Thank you!

i picked one up today. its soo active! its swimming all of the place. ate right away. very healthy. thanks, medusa LA for awesome turtle
