1 month's worth

It has been a month since i picked up my first gar. Here are some pics for you to compare. I hope you like it.
Its a big progress and I owe it to those who replied to my thread and helped me out. Thank you all!
He's really an awesome gar. My wife calls him 'Gary'. He grew from 6" to almost 8" now.

Nice gar indeed! I agree xander13 to get the pleco out of the tank as they have a taste for slime of a ganoid scaled fish.

yeah probably romove pleco
my pleco didnt bother my gar, but my gar hated it. pleco did a good job but then my gar attacked and killed it. but alot of people have issues with gar and pleco
