1 or two lionfish?

Volitan will outgrow the 75 in no time. If I'm not mistaken dwarf fuzzies are best kept alone or in trios consisting of 1 male and 2 females.

It will get to about 14 inches about 11 of that is actual body... Lions are extremely lazy and arent very active. They spend most of their time sitting on a rock or floating aimlessly. If it does outgrow the tank I could rehome it...

I have read a lot about lions and I haven't heard anything about trios or being kept alone...

How active lions are depends a lot on the individual fish and how much room they have to swim. When I kept my volitans (which I no longer have) in a 75 it very seldom did anything but perch except at feeding time. Later I had a couple in a 120 and they were very active. The same with the last volitan I kept in my 180. It was extremely active. Constantly cruising the tank.

Here is a link to a very helpful site on lions and other 'things with stings'. http://www.lionfishlair.com/
