Unfortunately, due to my impending graduation I need to find a new home for my beautiful and much loved bichir Clarisse (so named because her predecessor, Hannibal, ate $70 worth of fish and choked on a cichlid I thought too large ><). She is about 10''-1' long, fat, happy, extremely healthy, and a good eater. She eats mostly Hikari Sinking Carnivore pellets and sinking cichlid pellets, but I give her the occasional frozen bloodworms and silversides as a treat. She has been my pride and joy for quite some time now, but unfortunately due to moving in with the boyfriend and the lack of free electricity I need to find her a new home.
She comes with a 20 gal long tank, a filter rated for 30 gallons, a top, light, heater (if wanted), and a decent quantity of java moss and her log (which she loves). She will also come with plenty of food. I will take pictures as soon as I can, but I wanted to get this out there to hopefully see if anyone is wiling to take her.
I am cross posting this here and in the mid-Atlantic sections because I am moving down to PA upon graduation, and can drop her off at her new home on the way or during one of my trips down there. I can also transport her to anywhere between Syracuse and Boston along I-90, and a good way out of the way too.
Thank you!
