I have several fish in my 26g molly tank. This is the only one that has gotten sick. Its been this way, with these spots for 2 weeks. No other fish have shown any signs of anything unusual. This one swims oddly, sits on the bottom for hours at a time, and is the only one that does not get all excited at feeding time. In fact, it rarely eats. Ick cure did not work. What now? Leave him in there or should I pull it and put it out of its misery? I do not have a hospital tank any more because my wife insisted on getting a Betta for it...

Notice the white spots.

looks like it may have a bacterial infection and fin rot

Yeah. So what now? Let it ride or flush him to a happy ending?

It died this morning. Looked like a green film near the gills and was covered in a lot more white spots.

Never flush a fish unless it is already dead ...
