1" with 3" Geophagus Altifron?

Hi!

My friend has six 1" geos, can I put them in with my ten 3" geos? Both are of the G. Alifron Tapajos variant. I just want to make sure the smaller ones will be okay.

As long as your tank and filtration can handle it you should be fine.

The tank is a 180G (6x2x2ft). With a sump and FX5, I think that should be enough?

They should be OK for the short term. What's the plan for long term though? The tank is not big enough for the 10 you already have (eventually). If you want to thin down later, the little ones are probably going to go first...?
