10 1.5 inch african chiclids

I have 10 1.5 inch chiclids in a 55 gallon and I was wondering what the best way to get them big fast was. Any ideas?

some say it does, some say it doesn't... some say whatever makes you think they are... also being in a tank where they are some of the largest fish seems to speed grow rate too!!!!
