Has anyone done a 10 foot tank 3 feet deep and 3 feet high? What did you use for glass and how thick did you make it. I have someone intrested in making there own but needs only two viewing area's but not sure how to go about doing it. Any suggestions or comments would be helpful. Thanks.

For a tank that size i would go with 3/4" glass at least. You could build it out of plywood and have a viewing window. You would also need several braces on the top to keep the tank from bowing and failing.

plywood just two layers and seams not on top of each other, i would also make the front two different windows cheaper to buy glass in 8' lengths or smaller

When you use the plywood, could you just layer 1/4 inch glass or plexiglass over the inside and silicone everything together instead of doing the epoxy paint on the wood?

I would get 1 in. thick glass so you can get some jumpy monsters so if they get spooked they wont break the glass
