We had the home inspection today and it went well, so barring some disaster we're buying a place. I took measurements and diagrammed everything out and I can fit a ten footer in the office! (Plus it shares a wall with the utility room, meaning it'll be easy to set it up with a drip system and the works...)
Of course, it'll take forever to find one... but if anyone comes across one, a 120x30 footprint would be ideal. 120x36 could work but it would have to be shorter than 30" tall in order to fit through the doors.
I live in Chicago but I make plenty of trips back east to NY. Anything along the way, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, NJ, etc can be managed for the right tank.
