Looks like your on the right track, but I don't think you'll ever make enough room for those angelfish.

lol yeah they have been in their since they were little babies for over some years. Its long overdue to move them to the 29 gallon when I move whats in that one into a 55 gallon im getting in days. I might only keep neon and ruby tetras in the 10.

val nana still gets very tall.... too tall i think for the 10 gallon. i would try some crypts at least they are slow growing and wont get too tall too fast....

also your stocking is screwed up angels should be kept in taller tanks. i wouldnt keep them in a tank under 29 gallon.... very worst at least a 20 tall.

needleleaf java fern, anubias nana petite, HM, etc would be good in that scale tank. Might even be able to pull of some rotala indica.

Wow love your angels. I have never had sucess with them. So just german rams and neons for me. I would go with the twenty nine. It will let you have taller plants, give some room to the angles, but not like way too much. Consider upgrading to a 55 if you wanted to add a discus or something, maybe more angels?
