10 Gallon Planted Tank

I have a 10 gallon setup with eco-complete in it already.




I have a small light above it now from wal-mart and was thinking of getting one of these with a 6700k bulb:



Do you think this will work? Going for low - medium plants if possible.

you'll be fine, but might I suggest investing in some osmocote root tabs (or make your own).

Eco-complete doesn't have nutrients but it holds nutrients well. Even in low tech you're going to want to add nutrients and root tabs will probably make the most sense price wise.
